stuff I learned when making the empire one (and used in the cathay one) makes a kislev one a lot more likely though
I would much rather change the amount items need to craft and/or the amount you gain each turn. personally the fact that they are only used for crafting doesnt both me much, because as you said oathgold is like that in vanilla.
maybe down the line i could add some campaign, settlement, or army effects that need one or both resources. but that would be long term, as i feel it'd need script that i currently dont know how to do.
