several Questions

First off, a breakdown of the resources and how you techpoints would be nice
Second having things like arty and planes than can attack certain land targets but not others make little sense and makes them a little useless.
Third getting Techpoints is a bit slow, and leads to throwing units into endless meat grinders until one side gets an upgrade and plows over the other.
