I would really enjoy if you did come back and fix it, my biggest gripe about arma 3's maps is that they don't stay after server restarts meaning all of my immersive plans in antistasi for example go away.

(Goth Mommy) GHOST_023, Hi! This version of the mod stopped working after some official game update years ago. BIS added conflicting hotkeys, and hotkeys in mod are hardcoded...
There are fixed versions by someone from community like: (but I didn't check it myself)

Honestly, after almost 10 years this mod is still relevant. Maybe it worth to find the time to come back and make new fixed version

Существует версия с фиксом маркеров ROAD, называется "SWT Kurlev", он просто перебиндил кнопку на ктрл+шифт.

GodW1d, Можешь посмотреть вот этот аддон, там основа от моего мода, но они делали много доработок для своего PvP формата

В целом если новая версия и будет, то уже в A4 и с другим размахам. Пока ни A3 ни Reforger не позволяет сделать нормальную систему для брифинга и рисования планов

GodW1d, привет, мод уже давно не поддерживался, поэтому с изменениями в интерфейсе в текущей Арме работает плохо
Ребята из комьюнити фиксили для своих сборок модов и выкладывали где-то рабочую версию даже где-то в воркшопе, попробую найти

Здравствуйте, возникла такая проблема: почти полностью не работает аддон, конкретно не видно желтого маркера личного (при зажатии ПКМ), невозможность передвигать маркеры, а так же невозможность делать прямые, круги и элипсы, буду рад если ответишь как решить (если это конечно баг аддона)

No way to change hotkeys? CTRL+ALT draws a Sweet Markers line, and an A3 freehand line behind it at the same time, so all my plans are backgrounded by black scribbles- because i also cant change the default color. The UI is lovely, but functionality is lacking.. Ill use again if this stuff is fixed. I just want a way to make nice fat lines (the ctrl+alt sweet marker lines are perfect) without all the other extra crap, any suggestions?

there is no edit marker option and this mod disables the native marker functionality from top right hand corner

@Skier, Its my understanding it should be loaded on Server and Client. I have it installed on my dedi server, thus also requiring all clients run it, and so far it works great with no issues. I also have key verification enabled, so the Bikeys work okay as well.

Does the mod need to be signed by the server to work? I tried in single player and it was working great but when i got onto a server It wouldn't let me put any markers down

Hey there sweet!
This is an awesome mod that we've been using for quite some time. But sadly there are some "quirks". Drawing vanilla lines with modded ones etc.

Adding functionality that will allow you to place markers into side channel only with long range from TFAR would also be awesome!

The question I got is if you would be ok with me rewriting and adding the functionality we would like to have to this addon and upload it to workshop, ofcourse crediting you properly.

Starting with a savegame and the function is gone. Plus several other problems with lines.
Looks nice but in practice ... it's better to use zeus an set Nato marker there.

If i get it good, you can't EDIT marker which you put on map ? you can only move it on map and remove it after u put it

Hello sweet , can i use this mod to create "personal markers" that dont disturb other players markings? i mean... to be only seen by me!

Sometimes while driving i find a very "sweet" (pun with your name intended) spot for sniping/watching a tower in KOTH that i want remember later...

In case is not possible...so I guess that is a good idea to make a mod of it! :cozybethesda: if no one already did...
at least i'm searching and searching for a mod like that but i could not find...

I agree, I'm using a high command module and it places a marker every time I place a waypoint. super annoying, but i love the mod.

To load markers trough script use:

Hey, Cool mod. This is handy when I'm flying and only have a few seconds to place markers. What are the chances of you adding the key binding options to the controls panel, as I have the same issue as Gripen. Also, I opened the pbo file and couldn’t find a hotkey file?

Hi man, great mode. One question - can i somehow disable quick marker placement (Ctrl + Click on map) ? It kinda dont go well with vanila draw on map (ctrl + draw on map) - anytime i draw something, marker is placed :/

Will this override the vanilla markers? i don't want anyone to be able to mark the map, and the marker to stay local, if someone gives me his map i can see the marks

Sometimes mod is unactive in singleplay. It's working fine then I reload a save and it's gone. I can see just a name in map menu but it's not working anymore. Frusrating, any way to prevent this?

Great System i rly like it.
One future request would be, that only the Creator and Server-Admins can delete a marker
We use it for Mission-Claim marking on our server and often it happens that someone deletes a marker of another player to "re" claim a mission
Ppl can have a look in the log who did it, but i would love to have a "Permanent" option for markers so only creator of the marker and Admins can delete/change a marker.

вообщем если зажать в редакторе при открытой карте алтьт и попробовать начетить линию то телепортнёшся туда где на карте линию начертил, моет ты знаеш уже может нет но вот такая странность мне попалась, и благодарю за мод

This is awesome! However, I can't seem to delete lines, and as the wipe-map is localized, we often end up with a lot of lines on our maps my the end of a session.
