@Nara, After several hours, I was unable to fix the incompatibility.
I tried a few different methods, but nothing seemed to work.
Looking at the Vermintide page, they state that characters with unique Move skills have this issue. There appears to be no known/suggested solution.

I took the chance, however, to also expand Matron's dialog by a lot.
I may also revamp a couple of her skills, to be more direct.
Apologies for any inconvenience.

@Nara, Which skill was it? I don't play with Vermintide, so I haven't encountered this myself.

Addendum: I asked on the mod channel in the official discord and am told that this happens with the vermintide mod if a class uses a skill that has a missing skill sound.

Using this mod makes the combat music glitch and play nonstop. Any idea why?

@Tabbble,Hello, once you're in a dungeon you'll see that the Matron's "Move" ability is replaced with "Remember." This is her transformation skill; but, to your point, I went ahead and updated the mod with a new skill icon to make it stick out more. I was initially hesitant to mess around too much with the "Move" skill; but, with my testing so far, everything seems fine.

@ChickenTyrant, Thank you! This mod does not have a Chinese localization. I do not know Chinese, so I would not do the language justice. If you are interested in making a patch, then I would enjoy working together.
