i can see why you think that, they're oddly symmetrical in a way but they are still rigged correctly, it's just a weird modelling quirk

it's the same model used for statues throughout the game, the texture actually comes from the pre-rendered intro, they just left it in the files. as for more face stuff, i'm not really all that interested in doing more, this model was literally used a static statue so it's not exactly built for facial animation. depending on how much interest, i may do more in the future with it. and no the game doesn't use any AES keys, it's openable with the QA testing build of FModel and the correct mapping file

i was able to check the game files via fmodel thanks to a mapping from poppy playtime i did months ago and i now understand the "messy layout" thing, the models are all over the place lmao.
