Report a translation problem
I wasn't entirely sure what you meant by this at first, because Arof's version works fine, but I figured out that you probably meant "use in save games" and "use with mods that either require, or have patches for the mod using "find mod"

Every priority shows up and splits properly, they just ignore it.
If I wrote something wrong, I apologize, I'm still improving my English. If necessary, I can translate everything correctly and resend
I think I'm in the right place, when I use Work Manager and Work tab together, I lose the button to click on work manager to get it to auto prioritise work. I assumed that's why this mod was created, but when I have this installed it seem to fix the issue. I do have this loaded before the work manager mod.
That feature was one of the best being able to load in your workloads by saving them.
I got these errors:
Could not load reference to Verse.WorkTypeDef named Rescuing
Null key while loading dictionary of Verse.WorkTypeDef and System.Int32. label=settings
After save > reload, these went away. My Rescue work settings are remembered.
Will need more time to check out the favourites issue you are getting - totally forgot this was even a feature, hopefully will get chance within next few days. In the meantime will just have to work around that one I'm afraid.

The workaround i found to this is simply loading the preset, copying the schedule, clearing the favorite preset, and pasting it onto the desired pawns. this helps but doesnt entirely remove the slowdown.
If the problem still continues after, then activate Dev mode and check for error logs, upload / share the log using the UI button shown & post link here.
Sounds like some load order or mod compatibility issue, try this:
1) Check my workshop for updated versions of certain mods for 1.5 (if you use them), as I make bugfixes to mods with issues
2) Check your load order - sometimes mod placement can cause such issues. Here is an example of a good working load order with many mods:
