在模组管理器中激活mod，然后进游戏，去修理厂改装，上面选择内饰，挡风玻璃边角的小插件，根据图片选择插件改装。

You can unlock it using the official scs_extractor, just like you can unlock base.scs. https://modding.scssoft.com/wiki/Documentation/Tools/Game_Archive_Extractor

@snız I can disable some chinese symbols, but I‘ll still keep the start, the target, and the player.

It's just phone GPS, not a map background, no changes have been made elsewhere.
