I will also improve the portrait art, making sure it is faded in the right places and overall is better to look at and will more resemble the original game art in terms of style.
If you have any balance feedback let me know.I was considering giving the free company bastions shields, and maybe having them single pistol infantry instead of sword and pistol, and then draw their sword when in melee.

There's an asset pack as well actually, yes - I know my mods ;) Find the mods "Unit card resource for modders" parts 1 & 2 by Aquizar. Maker of some of the most amazing cards I have seen, perfect lighting at all. I think he's a pro concept artist IRL. Have fun, much love from Berlin <3

And on the technical side, there might be both the option to use assets from the pack and ask Zio to publish the mod with them - or to have the asset pack as a requirement (not a thing for me, Velox and Deco but might be less convenient for casual players, also the pack covers multiple races and is quite large)
You're def in the best hands with the ZC reskin and its massive asset library!
My tip would be to start look at different (maybe even regional) troops reskinned by ZC - there are submods adding more variety and flavour, in particular when you also play with Sigmar's Heirs and the respective submods - to find 1-3 asset combinations you like already and start tweaking off that.
Anyway, may I ask what kind of tool is used for this kind of work? Thanks for this mod, I'm just adding it to my heavily modded Nuln campaign <3
