couldnt pin point it fully, as my work will be more upcoming weeks
I don't use an external mod manager, and have it third in my load order after MCT and MIXER, with ~50 other mods after it.
Can confirm, it suddenly no longer works after working like a champ since the repost!
for example if i make the growth penalties more harsh later on, it stays at the level I started the campaign
Even with the mod doing nothing at all or when starting a completely new campaign it happens.
Even the dry combination of | #1 Mod Configurator + #2 Mixus + #3 Campaign Config | did do nothing to launch a MP game successfully. It's always a connection loss shortly after leaving the loading screen. This one atm is the most faulty one in our list.

Depends on the MM. Kaedrin's and wh3mm will have it normally sorted like the higher in list, the more important, so put it on top at best.
