Great mod! So much fun to play! The only issue I noticed was that the adjacencies for the Pirate Haven were reversed, in that Luxuries provided a +2 adjacency while the districts a +1. This is not necessarily a problem, but it doesn't reflect the ability text.

Hm. I think a few of the legendary captains are a bit messy. I'll have a look at them. I know Moses Cohen Henriques also isn't working ATM.

I dont know what it is but, my artifacts dont seem to be yielding the 6 gold per turn from retiring Black Sam Bellamy, the Legendary Captain. Although, they are yielding the +300% Tourism.

I tried my hardest to make it so that you can retain your legendary captain if you don't have a coastal city, but never managed to figure it out in a way that doesn't cause other issues. I think it's largely a border issue though.

Also, I'm pretty sure that the start bias of 1 in terms of coast is the maximum. I will double check. But this is why Thule doesn't necessarily have many specific bonuses towards tundra: start biases are unpredictable.

The flavour of this mod is off the charts! Two potential issues: You can lose your Legendary Captain if you don't have a coastal city. They have a start bias of 1 towards Coast, is that really enough? I have done 3 starts so far on continents and islands, regular size, and been right smack in the centre of continents with no coast in sight.

How will this affect the Amargo Pargo mod? Or will it be two separate Buccaneer leaders from the old mod?
