RedGoat: You need to wait a little. It's doing a circular pattern around the core, but in chunks. If there's nothing to build in a chunk it'll just look like it's doing nothing.
Chunks are overall more efficient because moving around wastes instructions and time moving.

how do you use this? i place it down and connect it to the core and nothing is happening
