Sudgestion: Maybe the items can also increase tac? It would be kind of hard to hit something you can't see.

yeah it adds items to bert’s shop that completely remove parts of the body
- Hat: No Hair
- Outfit: No Body
- Shoes: No Feet (Accessories)
- Gloves: No Hands (Accessories)
- Fullhead: -No Head (Accessories)

you can find it in those respective areas

i'm pretty sure it's for customization for arena mode, because i went to q-bert's shop and noticed that there's something that said something like "no head"
