Very nice.
The animation is great and beautiful.
But, as @[TDE]FootSoldier51 (Poonda Bear) said, it's a bit slow and Scout is the fastest class. If you speed it up a little, it will be perfect.

I like it! It has really smooth animation, although it is a bit slow, perhaps you can speed it up a bit because after all the scout is the fast never-standing-still class.

I have a feeling that this should be a kill taunt too. Imagine as Scout shows his muscles, an enemy is stunned like the Hunsman taunt, and when the taunt finishes they die!
