why does this conflict with the eft sanitar francis mod

I love this mod, could you make it for Francis and Nick? They're my favorite characters from L4D1 and L4D2 respectively, and I'd love for both characters to use this mod (though I don't know if it's possible for both to use it at the same time). Great work ;)
