@Mr.Wolf ♔ Finding and removing duplicate characters is a protracted process that takes time for me as well, thanks for your patient!

You have Alexander Kolchak twice in the Russian characters file, with slightly different traits.

Also, at least Leon Trotsky and Nikolai Roerich/Rerikh exist in vanilla.

Did you make sure there's no repeated characters? Thomas Edison for example doesn't say it already exists in vanilla when he was added in 1.9.3

Though compared to other characters, Paradox said they added the DNA, no character template like the other characters, i tell you this because i have no idea how modding works and what these terms mean

I know how to code and will probably make small contributions when I have time, but I'm not good at doing the character DNA, nor do I like it or want to do it. Is it ok if I do the code, tell you what I've added, and leave the DNA to you? This is not going to be a large-scale arrangement, I will rarely do that much.

I understand that it may be a while before the next update, but when you update could Huey Long be a social democrat instead of a reformer? He really was more oriented towards economic issues instead of social issues, and liberals should avoid having the reformer ideology late game. Seeing him advocating against racial and gender rights instead of advocating for regulatory bodies or reformed taxation was really strange.

I see Gandhi is in the list but he was added to the game already and it doesn't say it's already available in vanilla when it is now

Hey, i got two new characters you could add: Antonio Salazar (the dictator of Portugal, the list of dictators would feel incomplete without him) and Stepan Bandera (Btw, the reason i requested mostly Ukrainian characters is because imo this game needs more Ukrainian content, i love Ukraine even if i'm not from there)

May i suggest characters like: Hitler (I DON'T like the guy, but it is strange to not have him while it has Franco and Mussolini), Symon Petliura, the three Pashas, Taras Shevchenko, Mykhailo Hrushevsky
