Everything regarding Grudge Settlers is just like vanilla, so recruitment-wise its just the same. The only thing this mod changes is the number of Grudge Settlers you can have in 1 army from vanilla 3 max to a complete stack of 20 max with this mod.

we can recruit every where like raise dead? or only in settlement? or only when we found camp?
