Yes, Heroes of Troy and Extended Factions aren't compatible with each other, as they both edit the startpos.

it crashes yeah, but sorry to bother you, i think the real issue was heroes of troy being used alongside extended factions, they don't work together.

@neothejedi_007 What is the issue? Is the game crashing? Does it work with former factions, but not the ones added in recent updates?

I think this might need an update. There was an update to Extended Factions last month and I don't think this is working anymore.
