And finally if the problem persists without any mods on, try verifying integrity of game files through steam. And if that does not work you have found a bug you should probably report to CA.

I am not able to recreate the issue.
I can say with a high degree of confidence the bug has nothing to do with this mod, since it only adds a few entries into the "buildings_units_allowed_tables" table. An this has absolutely nothing to do with the diplomacy screen.

Are you playing Coop campaign because i have seen others have the diplomacy screen being frozen in coop campaigns.

Other than that I would check mods that affect diplomacy modifiers, difficulty modifiers or UI first to try and find the Issue.
Also try to rule out mods causing the issue by disabling one at a time and seeing if it resolves the issue.

My game keeps freezing then crashing when i go into Diplomacy with Ironbrow's Expedition, This also happens when Ironbrow's Expedition tries to go into Diplomacy with the faction am playing as well
