i had the same issue with the weird sound too but somehow i fixed it after disabling and enabling mods

have you tried... restarting the game... because its obviously not this mod and you unistalled a sound mod and forgot to restart the game...

well it's definietly something with your game, i've never had a problem with sounds in my blood mods, and i can't fix it when you're the only one with that issue

no, i'm telling you, it's literally this mod, i verified all the files before reinstalling this mod again and even disabled all other mods, it is this mod.

Sorry but it's literally impossible for this mod to create such an issue, it doesn't replace/have sounds, i can't fix it since it's not a problem from my mod, try reinstalling gmod, you most likely have corrupted files

no, i deleted this addon, and it went away, then i disabled many other mods, reinstalled this one, and it came back, it IS this mod.

2bsaber, the mod doesnt have any custom sounds that could cause this issue, and i think i know what your problem is, i remember having the same issue a few times, you should remove all mods and verify your game files/reinstall gmod completely

makes a weird distorted/scratching sound when i kill an npc or i take damage, and yes, this was the mod that caused it.

As cool as the physical droplets are, i host a 6 player server and they drop performance too much. BUT this is the best blood mod ive used

I really like the blood impact and decals... But is it possible for you to upload a version without the physical blood droplets? They impact performance heavily

I'm slowly learning how to make them more realistic so i'll release an update on the 15/16th with (hopefully) better wounds and blood pools

It's really good, but yeah you need to change the wounds, I recommend something that looks like "Brutal blood mod",that mod has nice looking wounds.
And make some of the bloodpools less transparent too, then your mod will be perfect

Are the wounds supposed to be super small?
