Since the 3.0.3 Build 9.9.9 update, only Orthodox bishops could vote for the election of the patriarch.
Now, the 4.0.0 Build 1.0.0.0 update offers the possibility to the independent and Orthodox liege lord, to "vote" for the elector bishop of his choice. (all the elector bishops of the same kingdom vote like their liege lord)
Note that independent elector bishops or those not respecting the constraints of the 4.0.0 Build 1.0.0.0 update vote by default (see 3.0.3 Build 9.9.9 update).
Like the 3.0.3 Build 9.9.9, the exclusivity system was only offered to kings and emperors.
Canonisation Fixed for orthodox religion
The goal of this update is to offer Orthodox players the possibility of having a richer gameplay than 3.0.3 Build 9.9.9. But to benefit from it, you will need at least one vassal elector bishop (direct or indirect)
if you want use vatican mod "and" orthodox mod, need new game (ifnot, bug succesion for pope and patriarch)
