@thesoupiest Not necessarily. How to use the castle walls is entirely up to your preference. Placing defense towers behind embrasure castle wall is just one visually appealing (and powerful) strategy, but placing them in front of the embrasure castle wall is also perfectly viable.

Is the image for this mod indicative of how defense towers are actually best used, behind a separate layer of embrasure castle wall? Just curious

After this Sunday this mod will be integrated into the [JDS] castle walls Expanded, after the integration is complete I will change the description, after the castle walls series will require a minimum of 2 mods to get the most complete experience.

Incredible work! My goal with the Expanded modpack is to make people need as few mods as possible by combining all into one. I don't want to take away your shine, but I'd love to merge this into the Expanded modpack as additional optional features (keeping both my Diagonal Walls and yours as Diagonal Corners ). You'll get full credit ofcourse, and I could also make you a full-on contributor to the mod. Doing this would obsolete your mod, but at least you won't have to worry about removing red errors anymore, and me & Gideon (Reborn mod creator) won't have to worry about causing them in the first place.
