Yeah we are aware there are some annoy bugs with the way horde stance works, it's band-aided on because the default Greenskin Raid stance does not seem to work for him.

The horde system we set up has presented a few problems as updates has happened I think we may have to rethink the approach to this mod in future, a whole rewrite will take some time though.
if you start as gitilla you have raiding stance available on him
very fun to field with confederated Skarsnik, Grom and researched Raknik Spiderclaw for all da gobbo cav supporting named lords
Encampment Stance does not work on Gitilla however this cannot be fixed but it is on other armies.
Or steam could just be having issues.
I do hope you give Skarsnik's Waaagh a comparative look. I think Da Howlerz would benefit from a more range focused ability.
I can also assure you there are many who whisper of a terror from the East. A great host of riders under the banner of the Hobgoblin Khan. (The game needs a not-Mongol faction in world. I am sure it would be popular).
2. Not without doing it the Wood Elf way, the changes to Scrap Upgrades mean we can't do the multiple ammo types through it anymore because they overwrite each other and making them exclusive locks out all the other upgrades.
3. When it comes to Greenskins and their adjacent cousins if you can think it you can bet I have, time is a premium though so who can say, every project I have worked on with Mixu has been born from a random comment.
Question: Have you considered changing Gitilla's Waaagh to allow for ranged damage? Currently, Skarsnik's Waaagh seems more ranged oriented and better than Da Howlerz. Da Howlerz have a specialty with range (it seems to me), therefore, forcing melee combat to build Waaagh is contra their focus.
Second Question: would it be possible to add fire arrows as a shooting option ?
Third Questions: have you and your fellows thought of using your talents for making a distinct Hobgoblin Great Khan faction (something where they are independent of Chaos Dorfs) and can be masters of the Steppes in their own right?

No reason that should be causing an error unless something is outdated in your mod list/game version.

Tested separately and with the required mods only.
I've investigated this and cannot find any problems my side, everything appears to be working as it should be.
The start region is the same for both of those, it's on the east side of the Dark Lands.

Try a re-sub it's absolutely working the patch broke nothing in my mods.
