Love it, but I think you should make the skin lighter. On red it looks fine, but on blue is looks too red. Also maybe work on the paint colours on it? I know you're just trying to make it look like "Freddy Krueger", but it looks kind of off... also work on making the lips colourable too, please.

(A simple saturation in the colours for the unpainted, and painted should go a long way)

Right now it does not look like open burn wounds, but more like a hard visible pattern of dirt or a weird facial tattoo.

The hat, sweater and knife are lovely, but I feel like the texture for the face could use some work. I don't think it reads very well at the moment.

One suggestion I'd make is making the dark parts a lighter/reddish color to look like exposed under layers of skin. As it stands right now it looks a little odd, especially from a distance.
