Nope
though it is easy to modify to do that. Simply go into mod files then "portraits" and then open TXT file titled "More_Generic_portraits" there use CTRL F to locate and delete all instances of portrait you dont like.

Also its extremely rare, and I find him in a sweater leading a country quite amusing.

@Scotvince I used it as a base, so a lot of files have the same or similar names leading one of them to owerwrite the other (depends on load order). I could fix this however I would have to remake half of my mod for it and I don't think its worth it. Since More Gerneric portraits adds a relatable little compared with this mod (with the exception in unit leaders). If you need more vanila-like portraits I am making a mod that would have KR Road to 56.
