I've been told CE added compatibility on their end.
That's odd. I'd recommend checking your mod settings to make sure that the appropriate weapons are designated as usable with shields under 'Vanilla Shields Expanded'

This mod is absolutely fantastic, you can literally full the love and hard work that's gone into making it! Any and all future updates and maintenance for this mod will be hugely welcome and appreciated! Good job!

Nope. As with all my mods, anyone is free to make a compatibility patch and either upload it themselves or send it to me for integration. I've received enough rude comments from CE users that I don't feel inclined to make compatibility for a mod I don't use.
