The survivor version adds a metal fence with Hesco barriers around the building on the first picture

Id suggest to make one that is more pre-apoc with an office and then another one that is "lived in" with the bedroom and possibly more things to help a person live there. (i.e Farm on the roof maybe or extra shelves and such.

the fancy bedrooms seems out of place, i think it would be more fitting if they were regular offices
