like if i add it to a world where i've already killed a boss that grants one of the extra slots, will i have to kill it again to get it or will i automatically get it (say i have it set to have king slime give one, if i download this mod and then load into a world and character where i already killed king slime, will i have to kill him again to get the extra slot, or will it detect that i already did?)

Thank you so much for making this mod but I was wondering if it is possible you could make a mod that lets you lower starting accessory slots instead or raising, I'm assuming this is difficult because I couldn't find a mod that allows you to lower amount instead of raising, thanks.

I was wondering can you make something similar for a minion slots because I have been looking for a mod that will add an in-game way to permanently increase minion slots and other than infinite or increased cap there are none

This issue was raised a long time ago. I wrote the code for using Mod Packs so that even Mod Config should be saved. However, that was not accepted. It still is an issue now, sadly.

But...! I wrote a batch script that you can run if you want to switch mod packs ALONGSIDE Mod config!

UPDATE: I have fixed the screen flickering bug. It seems to be an issue of C# skills. (I main Ruby and I assumed the same boolean results in C#, thus the error.)

I was also experiencing the screen flickering bug. From what I could tell from the logs earlier, the problem is from not having Calamity installed, when previously it was.

UPDATE: It has come to my attention that people are pinning this mod as problematic. I ran tests and recompiled according to the latest tModLoader update, and there are absolutely 0 problems. One of your mods might be conflicting with this one. Thus, no necessary fixes are needed because the slots are implemented by tModLoader API.

This mod is now borked, it causes my screen to rapidly flicker between widescreen and windowed, AND freezes up the mouse. I pinpointed it down to this mod. Please find a different mod to use until this is fixed.

@Tipsy Hobbit I have this on my mind, but it left a sour taste in the modding community as I expect them to implement the API from this mod, in which I don't think has enough traction as it is. Hence, I took this path. I will implement the bosses from other mods instead of the other mods leaving it unattended.

this mod worked before but at some point stopped working
it now makes the entire game freeze upon pressing the Singleplayer button in main menu
in my personal constructive opinion, that's a tiny weeny game breaking, so maybe fix it soon lest more and more people begin getting it for some reason

Left a suggestion on you github: Boss Checklist Api support.

Basically boils down to using the Boss Checklist mod to get a list of all registered bosses, minibosses, and events. Then build the config using that, instead of having to manually add mod support.
