you need to ban the monarchist path then accept the collaboration with the political parties, then refuse to let the left win by selecting the right parties then you can choose right democracy or fascist, it's really that simple

great mod, only thing i'd say to "fix" is to make the military tree actually good. if you go movement warfare, you get very negligeable upsides

the mod needs to be fixed due to state ownership in the new dlc due to Belgium being more than 5 states, then belgium congo being around still after taking it with the fascist tree, then coring belgium, netherlands, and luxembourg not having the right states also.
