Do you see a weapon spawn group labelled "Special"?
It should be filed under that. This was mostly intended for TTT but I just checked the Sandbox version and it appears to be working for me

i also tried one of the commands i dont think the addon is there at all

hey the weapon isnt apearing in the spawn menu
