A weird bug I discovered, however it doesn't bother me, when switching to a different audio pack even with snd_restart command some of the goldsrc sounds still linger like on office floor even after installation, verified game files and even cleaned up gma's via console command, however this doesn't bother me?

Was really fun for a long time! Great footstep alternative to the goldsrc resampled pack Voidleak also did. However I have decided to walk away from goldsrc footstep sounds pun intended. I find them a little too cartoony and unrealistic for my gmod realism build, but that's after much testing and experience, they are still very classic and iconic, nostalgic sounds!

I have gone the way of Dsteps, trying the new insurgency Dsteps overhaul that came out recently. Just downloaded that. Wouldn't mind seeing a Dsteps footstep pack come out eventually from somebody with cleaner HD audio kinda like Voidleaks. (I just didn't like certain sounds Voidleaks either had so I switched to this one, now on to Dsteps).

I am gonna try this one, I love the one voidleak made but it has this one sound file I don't like, so I would like to see if I like your goldsrc interpretation better. Nice work!

It would be cool if someone would make an addon to replace all the sounds in the game with analogs from GoldSRC games or Half-Life 2 Beta
