Better as a taunt effect on the floor, with more droplets as rain.

Why oh why would you make the liquid yellow? Do you want Unusual Effect: Piss Droplets to be added or something?

No, you can't have a blue effect on red team but it's a good thing water can be teal-colored too

Having the droplets spawn further down w/ upward velocity could help make it readable at most in-game angles. Would probably work better as a taunt effect though

To be fair, quite creative. But I wouldn't wear it, IMHO.
