wouldn't it be so awesome if someone made a headcrab in rain world

i know this is a lot to ask but could you please make the debuff mosquitoes inflict on the player go away over time? it's really annoying having it last for the entire rest of the cycle.
also, do they drain food? i know that they basically give heavily increased exhaustion and cause the player to get randomly stunned but very slowly draining food like a jungle leech alongside that would be cool.

@七芒Hepta There are non-exploding ones too but Shrouded Assembly just chose to only use the exploding ones

can you make a lizard called a mosquito eater? they are tiny lizards that are smaller then a strawberry lizards. they can leap, camouflage, and have white lizard tongue. their face comes in hues of red, magenta, pink, purple, and sometimes indigo. These lizards don't eat slugcats but can eat slugpups D: they also eat small creatures like batflies, leeches, baby noodleflies, and of course mosquitoes! (they love eating mosquitoes) if u can make custom lizard sounds, mosquito eaters sound like the red lizard but higher pitched (if you can't do custom sounds, then just do strawberry lizard hiss) Those li'l guys can also be found in packs of 5-7 other lizards. the alpha of the pack can be slightly bigger and have a longer unique scale type called "head feathers". I suggest a lizard to take care of the mosquitoes :)

Good mod, adds to the biodiversity of rainworld.
However, it seems like the only purpose of mosquitoes is to self-destruct and kill the player; they don't seem to exist for their own survival. I'm not sure if this is entirely reasonable.
