This cosmetic looks like spy's training pads. Also remove the harnesses and it'll look great.

I think it's way too detailed and visually noisy for a pants cosmetic, especially for Spy. I'd suggest removing the dots on the knee pads, greatly reducing the number of thigh straps (just keeping the upper horizontal ones would work) and lowering the intensity of the cloth creases would be much better.
