A Lucky Shot for Scout

...this is a cartoon hat for a video game, this wont actually happen. helmets are tested to withstand this from happening, if they weren't the company who made them would be sued to death. spectators are safe too, the people who design the stadium thought of this. dont worry, smart people think hard about this stuff

Sorry to ask a stupid question but, can this actually happen? Because looking at these helmets, I always got a bit concerned by how flimsy they look, especially when you know how hard good players pitch the ball and bat it, also, an other thing I've always been a bit concerned about was the spectators, there seems to be nothing betwin them and the field, I'm pretty sure bad things already happened to them.

This genuinely gives me pain when I look at.
