Why do the windows and doorways turn completely black when I'm like more than half a yard away? It looks horrible. I have the same issue with the docks pre-war map and the canals metrocop dam station pre-war map where you can't even see what's going on inside unless you're inches from the doorway. I.e. where the garage door opens on the docks and the entrance into that small warehouse on the dam station.

Very Sonic... in the BEST sense imaginable! Now that's a beach to hang out on for hours!

Not really a bug, but more of a visual fix. The big white house is still missing some of it's roof, leading to it looking weird when viewed from above.
