The MSF one that's on the workshop just includes the med uniform and nothing else. Would be nice to have pilot and not medical stuff

Yske, go look up MSF trust me it is there, also use our compat if you want them to work with ACE.

Well if you read the description, its a for-hire (free obviously)unit.
