I did. The propeller will turn, but the engine never reaches its max potential. Do I have to hold down the starter button for a certain amount of seconds?

@adam1001 what seems to be the issue? you must turn on the battery and then the fuel pump before pressing the starter button

How do i launch the evacuation slide or whatever it launches?

@kmnc14 did your turn on the fuel pump and the battery switch? Also you have to hold the starter button down until the engine catches. It's also advisable to keep the prop pitch at 0 until started.
