well i was able to reproduce it, it sometimes flickers through all the possible textures under certain lights, yeah? i... have no idea whats causing that, or why its only SOME lights. i can look into it, though

It might be an issue with the game though as I've noticed it with the vanilla bile bomb as well :/

I think it's under certain lights, like under a lamp or room light but it happens when I look straight and stops when I look down like it's an issue with the position of the model -- hope that helps lol

there technically arent 2 different textures, they're baked into a single file since the transparency wasn't playing nice, so i dont think thats the problem. i went and checked on my own game and im not seeing the flickering at all- could you tell me more about when the flickering is happening?

Not anything conflicting, it looks as though it's overlapping textures, the can and the plastic sleeve around it

from what i can tell, the NA packaging has a ton of words on it, probably legal stuff, while the EU packaging has cool pictures, so the models in the mod have the more interesting packaging! sorry america
