No problem bro. Please tell me if you find any bugs or have a really good feature idea that would fit into this.
One of my old maps I've been working on for quite some time got corrupted and I lost half of it sadly. But I'm working on a new one, atleast trying.
What exact lights were you talking about? Because i dont see any that fit your description.
I did measure the texture and its not actually tilted but its the creator's odd choice of lighting on it.
I adjusted the shadows a bit on it to loos less crooked from afar but its still not perfect.

I haven't looked into them. I will take a look into fixing them when i get a chance.
In the meantime there are "Sky Lights" i added to this mod that should do a similar thing to what you're asking.
No there should be no duplicates.
If there are then that is a bug and you should tell me.
I made the EK stuff override so it’s compatible with any other EK mods.
But I added them all together because it doesn’t hinder gameplay since it’s all in editor and I’ve modified and updated stuff from all these mods Dockyard included and this was far less work than maintaining four separate mods.
