What I mean by 'out of control' is that in 1.9.5, I had already controlled all buildings through Controllabel Private Construction to prevent them from building automatically.
But when I establish a new company, the buildings involved will automatically expand.
The problems I encountered include power plants, art schools, and sugar crop plantations.
But the problem is not serious, I have regained control of these buildings through state monopoly.

What I particularly hope for is that you can create compatible mods for Morgenr ö te, just like the Make My Railway Profitable Again!
Compatible with patches.
These modules are all very important to me. I once tried to overwrite Morgenr ö te's art academy files into 'Controllabel Private Construction', but was unsuccessful.

1.利润检测只在私人投资决定是否将某建筑加入“可建造”名单时会被检测。

2.如果你的版本是OIB 1.96,游戏的私人投资的计算有bug,导致其在完全不修建和集中一处疯狂建间横跳,昨天的正式版1.96据说已修复该问题。

Please describe what "controls" were ineffective first.

1. People have been mentioning this since 1.7, it's usually caused by other incompatible mods, or sometimes the vanilla investment calculation was buggy,.

2. I couldn't reproduce this problem, and still, please define what "out of control" is first.

This mod works differently in 1.9, comparing to the previous game version, details can be found in the previous comment section.

Known issues right now are: Trade Rights charter currently works kinda independently to other private investment triggers and in 1.96 the construction point of power plant has been decreased.

@Tsukimiyama Aya It is possible but I won't add this option since it's not the job of this mod. I guess there are already mods that can provide the feature you mentioned tho.

Is it possible to add an option or a new individual mod that simply set the Private construction allocation to 0 regardless of Economic System? So the pool can only purchase buildings that I built.

Hello author, I would like to provide feedback on how many bugs currently exist in version 1.9.6
1: Sugar crop plantations cannot be controlled
2: When a new company is established, relevant building controls may become ineffective.
For example, if a food company is established, the food processing plant will be out of control.
In addition, I look forward to and request the author to be compatible with Morgenröte. Currently, this mod will cause the art academy of Morgenröte to lose its production method.
These two mods are both important to me, and I kindly request the author to create compatibility patches.THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

1:糖料作物种植园无法控制
2:新成立公司的时候,相关建筑控制会失效。比如成立食品公司,食品加工厂就会脱离控制。
另外,我期待并请求作者兼容一下Morgenröte,目前本mod会导致Morgenröte的艺术学院失去生产方式。这两个mod对我都很重要,恳请作者制作兼容补丁。

@CausaMortis - Yes it does however it breaks a few PMs from Morgenrote. So it will work but some of the buildings will loose their PMs, like the Art Academy.

Oil and coal needed for a lot more stuff. Especially later in the game. I don't want to overproduce rubber just because world market have shortage of it. My own nation in that run had plenty of it even without moded buildings. I build them just for local prices tbh. Also you are right, they will build hundreds other factories, but all of them, except moded ones, I can control with your mod and addon. So the weak point is only buildings from your other mod, surprisingly.

@Riukus These two factories have a little higher theoretical productivity and lower profitability than their original buildings and they do have soft cap: they highly rely on oil and coal production, which are strictly capped. Also it's a problem of how AI calculate construction queue, which the mod doesn't touch at all. Depending on the construction output, even they don't add hundreds of them to the queue, they will just add hundreds of something else that probably take the same time to finish, unless there are barely any profitable buildings or labor.

The problem is wood and rubber buildings are uncupped. Mines, for example, have cap and it easy to regulate. So instead of a few dozens factories I need, I got a few hundreds. It not only drop price of rubber, but also all the time private sector build them, they don't build anything else. And it take a long time. I suggest at least cap the number of wood and rubber factories in state like you did it with mines. Vanilla forestries and rubber plantation capped in the province as well. It honestly strange, because even arable land in your mod have soft cap.

我发现了mod在1.9更新之后非常好的一个变化,利用add on子mod禁止私人投资池新建和扩建建筑,建筑仍然可以被私有化,这帮助我实现了公司对建筑的完全垄断(在1.9版本之前同样的功能会导致建筑无法被私有化)

@Riukus Only existing SRBE buildings can be expanded by private investment. Currently there is no plan to make another sub-mod for that, but I guess you can just use the vanilla state monopoly.

1. 如果你指的是禁止新建筑的功能,那么这个功能只会阻止私人建设在没有某建筑的地区新建该建筑,并不会阻止它们扩建已存在的建筑,具体AI会怎么扩建和这个mod无关(FAQ 4)。

2. 如果你指的是Add-On子mod中禁止某类型建筑的功能,这估计是因为你给了贸易特权,目前推测贸易特权的运作相对独立于其它的私人建设控制,而且是hard-coded。

3. 这个mod只影响AI建设时的选择范围,不会影响AI如何做选择,所以它不会让AI去扩建贸易中心,而是游戏自带的算法使得AI大量扩建它们。

4. 私人建筑(工人所有+所有权建筑所有)总可以被进一步收购。国有建筑在标记为待私有化后也可以无视该mod的限制被收购,但还没确定这是可以一直持续还是只持续到变量更新,游戏会每5年完整重置一次私人投资变量。

我给了一个铁路公司贸易特权和贸易中心建筑的垄断权
这个铁路公司会收购+无休止扩建贸易中心(其他建筑被公司垄断的情况下不会被任何私人投资扩建,公司对贸易中心的扩建无法阻止)

Buildings from your Sustainable Resource Buildings Expansion not affected by edict and addon. My private sector expand wood and rubber factories without restriction. I didn't catch them building new ones though, so not sure about that. Maybe you can add an option in addon to disable expantion of buildings from mod? They have high construction cost and clogging private construction queue.

@Abd121 It happens sometimes, you can also try refreshing the mod list and clearing the mod cache, also check if you have installed any other mods that modify buildings, since it's likely they aren't compatible.

A big late game issue with private investment for me is that the AI keeps building factories in states with no pops available to work in them. Is there also a light version available of the strict profit conditions with just an emphasis on workplace occupancy?

大佬,我订阅了mod,然后在启动器也勾选了启用,进入游戏后,在游戏界面左侧一栏的日志里,我没有看到自动化生产方式等选项,我又重新取消再订阅mod,重复操作但是也没有生效,这是为什么。1.8版本的时候我能够正常使用,1.9之后就什么都没有了,这是什么原因,求大佬教一下

If anyone encountered problems like some restrictions are not working:

They are still working, just different to the 1.8 version.

1.9 fixed a vanilla bug mentioned in FAQ 4, but this also changed some investment behavior:

1. On-going constructions (or they are about to be added to queue) won't be cancelled.

2. Buildings owned by workers, FC, MH can always be privatized despite the restrictions, or at least for a very long time after toggling the restrictions.

3. Nationally owned Buildings can still be privatized despite the restrictions, but I am not sure if it's only for the buildings that are marked as "available" before the restriction was toggled and only lasts until the next time the variables are recalculated (this happened in 1.8 too but the lasting time was much shorter), or it's always the case.
