reccomendation: if u can animate well can u try to recreate john doe from a roblox game called slender: the universal pages. the game is already shutdown but u can search it on youtube for it

I could imagine the jumpscare sound being the Subspace Tripmine SFX (which during the ancient times of ROBLOX was THE jumpscare sound that fit, no matter how bad it is), but being more messed up and weird
