I've tried to add this mod but it won't show up, even on a fresh world

@Coral Sea You only need to repair one substation responsible for water supply so that the water is restored for some time.

After I repaired the power plant southwest of West Point, the water supply system was also repaired. When I arrived at the water supply plant in Louisville, I couldn't repair it. Do I have to wait until the water and power are cut off before I can repair it again?

@frog_queen Use the online map to get to where you want to go, if the map is not there then unfortunately you will probably have to create a new world. I apologize for disappearing without responding.

@nencower before i added this, i hadn't visited Lewisville. also, i cant find it on the map

@frog_queen I don't know if it works on existing saves. As far as I remember, if you have not been to these places before and the game has not generated these cells, then everything should be fine. Let me know if it worked.
Louisville neighborhoods are pretty confusing, use the online igri map, it will make it easier.

does this work on existing saves? i cant find the plant :(

I will. Look at the current mod and comment on the page what mods are missing. without some help I can only do so much. look at the current live map and see if your maps are missing.

@Ryan Thank you, I would be glad if you add my other works

your map has been added to maps database. You will find it in next version https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3297367820

@Dawnbreak You will have to return to restore the water supply again. However, this depends on your skill level. Ideally, you will repair it for 90 days if you have level 10 electronics. As your skill decreases, the duration and chance of a successful repair also decrease.
The water supply mechanics are managed by the Restore Utilities mod. You can visit its Steam page for more information.

This is a fantastic mod! Just picked it up. Thank you for creating it! I have a question; Does this "reset" the water timer (meaning the water will shut off again eventually)? Or does it restore the water permanently? Would be neat to have the option to do either or, as I would like to periodically go on missions to restore the water!

wow the dev's should totaly use this for the later builds. its the most realistic thing ever here in the workshop! its just logical to restore power and water with resources and skills so i think it is the only workin model for a "reality like" gameplay. :steamhappy:
nencower  [author] 4 Jul, 2024 @ 12:57pm
@Anarch Cassius I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I re-rendered this map from reality, as well as some of the others. However, I moved the map rather inaccurately, as it didn't make any sense in this situation

Was going to say this is an unusual looking plant but apparently it's actually a pretty accurate representation of Crescent Hill Filter Plant. So yeah, great job!

just found this when browsing thru the workshop. awesome stuff :) i'll add a link to this mod on the restore utilities page, thanks!

@nencower Oh that's great, thank you... I'm glad to know that. :)
nencower  [author] 3 Jul, 2024 @ 2:17am
@CarlosRojasCu There is already such a map, it's called McAlpine Locks and Dam
CarlosRojasCu 2 Jul, 2024 @ 3:39pm
Can you create one but with energy, something extra to visit as well besides the maps that the Restore Utilities mod adds? it would be great. Thank you :)
aquelarrefox 2 Jul, 2024 @ 12:31pm
cool you solverd something i request
nencower  [author] 2 Jul, 2024 @ 10:25am
@aquelarrefox Yes. The mod Restore Utilities consists of two parts. One part is the mod itself, and the other adds two substations to the game map where repairs can be carried out. The second part of the mod may conflict with some map mods, so you may not enable it; it won't affect anything. When connecting the mod Restore Utilities in the game itself, read the descriptions to understand which one is the map and which one is the mod itself.
aquelarrefox 2 Jul, 2024 @ 9:17am
in theory with this and trimble tou dont need the map of Restore Utilities, am i right?
nencower  [author] 1 Jul, 2024 @ 11:06pm
@aquelarrefox
1) Adds water purification facilities; the rest of the cell is mostly unchanged.
2) The map is located on the east side of Louisville. I have attached screenshots for more precise location identification.
3) Yes, it is fully compatible.
aquelarrefox 1 Jul, 2024 @ 2:08pm
Adds the plant and modify other parts of the cell? Where are the substation? This is compatible with using Trimble plant to restore power?
