Shielded Big-Uns are tier 3, but SFO's BIg-Uns are tier 2 now, is that intended?
Night Goblins with spear are tier 3 and recruitable from the orc building, but in SFO night goblins are tier 1-2 and are recruitable from the goblin building.
Savage orc warboss lord misses missile resistance. Also is he supposed to be a hybrid caster? I remember them being two-handed club variants in WH2, but maybe that changed.
There is actually a version of Expanded Roster Compilation fixed for 6.0.3 which can be used as referrence.

The only issue I have is that the original mod hasn't updated yet, so I get weird crashes out of nowhere? At least the crashes stopped after I turned off the original Expanded Roster: Orcs. Sorry if other people are having a different experience.
I'm terribly sorry to bother you, but I just wanted to let you know that Expanded Roster heroes aren't getting the SFO hero red line. The same thing happened to the Cultists Expanded submod, and the author of that one said
"Error was in character_skill_nodes_tables. CA now no longer lets anything on tier be higher then 50. Should be updated now."
