I think this mod is causing a bug that prevents you from selecting the perks to build the birch world and other terastructures

could you possibly make a version that is an addon for hypertraversal manipulation 2? Where it doesnt necessarily add any cores to galaxy generation but allows the auger ships to find new ones? (if that mod can already do that ignore this, but i dont recall ever seeing the option)
