I really like the cloaks from this mod, but they render over the hair.

It would be great if you could extend this mod so it works for basically all clothes instead of just specific ones like vanilla duster. Maybe there is a rule you can code that will do it for all clothing by default? Since clothing is split into layers, maybe you can write a rule that puts hair above all the body/clothing layers except for hats and helmets.
I can't really think of any situation where you would want the hair rendering underneath any clothing (except hats/helmets, but we already have very good mods for that on the workshop)
