Strange, we haven't updated this in quite some time so it must've been a madcard update that's broken it. I can't guarantee a fix myself as I am not the one who's well versed in mcm, but I'll try to take a look. If you could, can you tell me what's broken about it?

Strange as well, though perhaps we simply just didn't do enough testing with the hammer, which makes it evident I've barely played the origin I've helped create, lol. I'll try and look into that soon as well. My guess is I probably fucked up either the animation set or the hitbox itself, I'll tinker with both and see what works best. Might take me a minute if it's a hitbox problem as I haven't touched unity in a while but hopefully I can figure it out.

Understandable, they do have insanely high durability as is lol. They do have a break explosion, but it legitimately took me a full three minutes of constantly wailing on some invincible enemies to even trigger the break. Might consider just making them unbreakable as is, and/or add weaker, earlier game options and bump the hammer and broadsword up to unlock maybe around haunting/slaughter time. I'll have to talk with Baguette about it, but currently my focus is troubleshooting/nerfing the slam.

Oh yeah, I was toying with the madcard in notepad and found out that setting the weapons' durability to -1 made them infinite. Been playing with them like that for a while lol

Yeah, looking into the madcard, looks like we set that radius to a horrifying 14. Either we simply just didn't understand range back then or we just thought nothing of it, but that is in fact, WAY too much. 10 is already too much. We'll reduce it down to around 5ish and do some testing from there, which on paper already sounds far more reasonable.

Glad you enjoyed it! and yeah, we did really crank up that recovery slam. This mod did start entirely as a joke, so perhaps as I get back into the swing of things, some of the more egregious aspects of the origin might get balanced down a little in the future as well, while still keeping a few blatantly op things (most notably, the throwables) for shits and giggles.

This is one of my favorite Origins on the entire workshop! It's super fun to use, the encumbrance downside is interesting to play around, and the weapons it comes with are a joy to wield. The only issue I have with it is the recovery slam, since it does so much damage that it kinda makes everything else feel pointless. If it weren't for that, this would hands-down be the only origin I would play as.

The weapon is mainly intended for use with the origin, but I do see what you're getting at. I have used the Tempest in non-Celestial runs and its radius is far more tame than the thunderbolt. Though ultimately, the mods direction in terms of weapons is mostly in Baguette's hands - I just model and concept. Perhaps an alternate, toned down version could be made, and the current thunderbolt be made celestial exclusive via the warchest, but I'm not sure yet.

Yeah, but then the problem arises when your playing a origin that doesn't get enough Endurance, such as agent, in which case using the item is a death sentence, because unless your throwing it from the entire opposite side of the map, you're going to instantly loose an entire corpus.

Its most likely interfering with your other mods. you can try re-entering the game with them still on, but i'm not sure if that will work. if you still want the explosion, your best bet is to disable your other mods and rejoin the game.

Yea i just saw it. first time i tried the pilot episode my game said "yea no, not today bud" and crashed.

they all work fine, but if you're talking about the throwable weapons, you can get launched REALLY far, it won't softlock your mission, but you'll just have to wait a bit.

that does sound interesting, but it'll likely go into a different mod should we ever make it! This mod for now is solely the Celestial Being and the armor/weapons it comes with. I might put that on some backlogs myself though..
