Yes,it works use bloq num 8 for forward and bloq num 5 for backwards it's made with the wheel tool,not a actual jeep from hl2

Yes! The jeep seat is an actual seat you can sit in, it might be a bit hard to get in while it is moving, some of the junk might get in the way of you interacting with the seat at certain angles but it is drivable!
