I think 1 might actually be the second player in the list, so the first might be 0. Try that.

Hello. I'm trying to do what you said by replacing the -2 with a 1. But when I do no resources get added. I might be doing it wrong. This is what I'm putting in the "easystartPower.c5m". Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! For reasons I don't understand changing the player number didn't seem to cooperate for me, but I added "+humanplayer 1" after the turnnbr line and that seems to have worked

Yes it effects all players. If you want to change that, the file is easy to open in any text editor. The -2 next to the addresources command means all players, you change that to 1 and only player 1 will get the resources etc.

Just as an FYI it looks like this mod also effects the AIs, had some pretty apocalyptic wars real early lol

I've only just got the game, but have been watching videos on it for a long time!
Really love the game!

I'm glad there's this mod to help me in the first few games to learn the mechanics, rather than worry about resource management!
