I love how he feels like an older character, similar to omen or umbra. Not many options, but a dynamic playstyle and not annoying to play against. Maybe could use a bit more "interesting" moves, but I doubt this is getting changed before the Pix version, which is too bad.

Ok, rework this. 2 meter super shock barrier is literally a war crime. you literally do not win neutral unless you want to play like a bitch and zone the character. also 12 frame hustle is not ok.

@musicofdeawea what are you on about grab is three frames for all charater in base yomi also cowboy's horizontal slash is 6 frames

Hey, wanted to comment cause there's honestly a pretty solid idea here, just wanted to state that their moves animation times (IASA) is way too short. The shortest move in base yomi is wait, which lasts 10 frames. Their jab lasts only 6, and the rest of the moves are also really quick. Just make em a bit slower so their moves aren't incredibly safe and force the opponent to wiff bc they have nothing faster. (like jab should be 14 frames long, single shuriken should be like 16-18, ect. Just have the last frame of the animation last for a longer amount of time)
