Put a ribbon around the hat and add a pipe, but I really do love this set and love the hat more than the crones

i like the beard but there already is a verry similar hat in the tf2 store and i think that one looks better.

Some stuff could be done to make this a little less bland, surely. Maybe the pipe featured in the concept art could be bundled with this?

looks a little bland to me, and doesnt look like it's fitted very well. coulda at least had a band at the top of the brim where the pointy part flares out.
